General Rules

These are general rules from the network creator (GayWebSource,com), in addition to the Terms of Service to use the Network system. Read all "Terms of Service" by going to the bottom of the web site and clicking on the link that says "Terms of Service".

General Profile Rules:
1. No nudity permitted on your page.
2. You must own or hold copy write permission to anything you post in your profile.
3. Your profile page can not be offensive.
4. We reserve the right to delete your page at any time and for any reason.
5. You can not place links or banners that sell or advertise anything from your page without our permission. This includes advertising or promoting your personal or business web sites. You have to purchase an advertising package to do this. Your page will be deleted if we find it. Please contact us if you wish to advertise on your page. If you wish to have a web site for business, check out our hosting plans at: Gaywebsource.duoservers.com

Photo Rules (Pictures)
1. No nudity permitted in the photos.
2. You must own or hold copy write permission to post the photo.
3. Photo can not be offensive.
4. We reserve the right to delete photo's at any time and for any reason.


Standard Photo Package:

1. With your membership you can upload a default photo and 2 additional photos.
2. If you upload more then three photos, we will only approve your first three photos.
3. If you want to replace photos that you already have published, you must delete your old photo's that you want replaced. Then upload your new photo's for approval. (We place a limit on your Photos to keep our bandwidth charges down)


Need more photos on your page?

Premium Photo Package: $1.99 per month.

1. With the purchase of a Premium Photo Package, you can upload up to 500 photos.  Order Now


Music Player Rules:
You can post up to eight songs.  Please do not post music to our system unless you are the artist performing the work or you are the copywrite holder of the music.. Posting music to our system that is not music that you produced or you have not been given permission to post is against our terms of use. It states this prior to you posting the music. You will find more on our music player and how to use them Here. There are lots of artists on our site who will let you put there music on your page, such as Kimberely Locke, Germanica, Jason Walker and many more. Please feel free to visit their profile page and add their music to your page. You can also find additional artist in our "Out Music" Group. If you know someone has music on their page that is against this policy please report them to us. We will remove the music and may terminate their use of GayWebSource.com Gay Space.  You can also get your music featured on GayWebSource.com Gay Space.


Video Rules:
1. No nudity permitted in the videos.

2. You must own or hold copy write permission to post the video.

3. Video can not be offensive.

4. We reserve the right to delete videos at any time and for any reason.

E-Mail and Messages:
Do not spam are members or people out side of our network. If they ask you to stop sending them messages... STOP! If you do not we will stop you by banning you from our system.
